David Foster

David Foster has over 25 years experience in Financial Services. His most recent executive role was Chief Executive Officer of Suncorp Bank, Australia’s 5th largest Bank. David assumed this role just prior to the Global Financial crisis and stabilized and turned around an organization in crisis.

In addition to this David has extensive M&A experience having headed Strategy during Suncorps acquisition of Promina Group Limited one of Australia’s largest Financial Services acquisitions.

David now has a portfolio career including several Non Executive Directorships and Advisory roles.

Over the course of his career he has developed a range of capabilities, skills and experiences as follows:

• Customer & Brand Strategy, Segmentation, Marketing, Product Management and Sales
• Distribution strategy and optimization, including the development and deployment of digital and multi-channel offerings and expansion into new markets

• Investment markets experience via equity and debt markets including road shows, debt and equity raising
